Information we collect through this website
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, telephone number (optional), the topic of your enquiry and your message. We use this to reply to you and to discuss the mentorship, invitation or enquiry you are asking about. When you submit the form we also record your IP address to help prevent spam and abuse.
Our lawful basis
We process enquiries because it is in our legitimate interests to respond to people who contact us, or because you have asked us to take steps before entering into an agreement with us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the service providers who help us run this website and our business, such as our website host and email provider, who process it on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep website enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, partner or employee, in which case our usual records policies apply.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it or ask us to restrict it. To make a request, email info@theroarempire.com.
