About Allen
His story
Allen Burton Caiquo wears several hats, but one purpose runs through them all: helping people find God for themselves, discover their gifts and rise to their full potential.
Allen founded and leads Encounter Arena, a church in Grays, Essex, where he preaches and teaches with one aim: that every person who walks through the doors gains a personal encounter with God.
Through Allen Caiquo Ministries he carries that message beyond one congregation. As a conference speaker, his voice on spirituality, leadership and worship has been heard at events around the world, and his reach extends through his books, podcast and live social media conversations.
A leadership development and communication expert, Allen drew on his own life experiences to develop mentoring and coaching methods that teach people, step by step, how to transform their lives. Through The Eagle Mentor he offers life coaching and career and business mentorship to people on four continents.
An entrepreneur at heart, with experience in business development and marketing, Allen leads The Roar Empire, a community interest company in Grays, Essex, that gives young people skills, confidence and opportunities through education, mentorship and creative expression.
From the start of his ministry Allen set out to draw the line between singing and worship. In 2011 he started the ABC Worship Surgery, which trains worship leaders around the world in the truths of the worship ministry.
Allen is the author of Unmasking Worship and Dare to Dream Again. He is also a songwriter and gospel recording artist: since 2020 he has released a steady stream of singles alongside the album Reloaded and the EP Road to Now, and his latest single, ON GOD, came out in July 2026. His music is on all the major streaming services.
