Pastor of Encounter Arena
A personal encounter
Helping people find God for themselves
Allen is the senior pastor and founder of Encounter Arena church in the United Kingdom and the president of Allen Caiquo Ministries. His heart is to see people find God for themselves and gain a personal encounter with Him.
Worship sits at the centre of his ministry. Since 2011 his ABC Worship Surgery has trained worship leaders around the world in the truths of the worship ministry, and through preaching, teaching and his book Unmasking Worship he helps believers move from simply singing to truly worshipping.
